The Orlando Sentinel had an article speaking with "Legendary Builder" Arthur Rutenberg yesteday. This is a man who has seen the ups and downs of the Florida real estate market for something like 50 years. He says that the worst is behind us, and I believe him. As he mentions in the article yesterday nobody knows for sure when the bottom is until we are past it. I think we past it in January.
