I have added a new page to my website to feature the construction of a new condo in my neighborhood Baldwin Park. I have customers, out of state, that are purchasing a unit in this building that will be completed in the September time frame. The condos are being built by Centerline Homes, and are truly beautiful. I sold a resale of one of Centerlines other condos last fall, and have to say that these are very nice homes. Baldwin Park is a planned community that features classic styles, lots of parks and a village center. The location of the community is ideal between dowtown Orlando and Winter Park.
