Orlando Real Estate

I recently place two ads on Craig's List for homes that I have for sale. I have had three people contact me from the list in the past few days. All of them were asking about the same home 12 N. Thornton Ave. I have not heard from anyone yet about the other home. I am guessing the internet savvy crowd are just more likely to be looking downtown ie Thornton Park -vs- Conway? Of course it could also be that people looking to rent are more likely to be searching Craig's List, since the Thornton Park home is also for rent?
