The Orlando Sentinel ran a two day feature on foreclosures in Orlando recently. Can I just point out that while Florida is one of the top four states in the nation for foreclosures we are still only talking about one household in about 500. That is 0.2%. There has got to be a story that effects more than 0.2% of the population. There must be news that is relevant to more than a handful of people.
Don't get me wrong the number of foreclosures in our market place is growing, but we pale in comparison with cities like Memphis where there were more foreclosures last year than sales. People actually move to Orlando everyday, and jobs are being created at a faster rate here than anywhere in the country. So, buy a house now. Values will go up.
