I was at the gym this morning, and there was an "expert" on the TV who caught my attention. What got me is that he was saying what I have been blogging about for weeks (maybe months). This is a great time to buy. Most everyone now seems to be acknowledging that the market will begin recovering sometime next year. Orlando will recover more quickly than most because we have such a great job market here, and it is such a highly desirable place to live.
The President of the Florida Senate, Senator Pruitt spoke at the FAR conference last week, and seemed honestly excited about the state of our state economy. He made one point very clear "Florida is not going to be a Cheap place to live anymore." That is just a reality that we all have to accept.
