Orlando Real Estate

I just want to say how thankful I am to be fortunate enough to live, work and play in Orlando. There are a lot of reports on the news about how bad things are here, but almost 1,000 people (net) move here every week. Any city would have growing pains with that kind of growth. We are still "The City Beautiful", and everybody knows it.

I for one am thankful to call Orlando my home, and I look forward to helping families move here. We have the best job growth in the country. There are more technical jobs here than almost anywhere. The biomedical community will be growing exponentially here over the next few years. Oh, by the way, we have the countries sixth largest university - my alma mater - The University of Central Florida. They will be beating UTEP this Saturday to go on and host the C-USA conference championship next week. Check it out at www.davidwelch.com/goknights
