Interest rates have been on a bit of a roller coaster ride the last few weeks, and I don't know if anyone can figure out where they will end up. The generally seem to have pressure pushing them up, but there have been some strange things happening in the bond market that are effecting everything financial.
The other peculiar thing I have noticed is that people are not rushing to make purchases with the rates going up. In the past, rising rates got people off the fence.
