We still have a couple of days left, but October is definitely looking better than September. The median price is probably not going to move a lot, but the number of sales may be up a little. So far there are over 800 closed sales, so I think we could end the month north of 1,000. The number of homes for sale in down just a hair, and pending sales are continuing to hold their own just under 2,100.

I am also detecting some improving sentiment among other Realtors as well as buyers. Keep checking back for more numbers next week. In the mean time have a safe trick or treat.
