Orlando Real Estate

The results of a nationwide survey came out yesterday, and apparently a lot of people agree with me. Orlando is a pretty good place to be. Some of the other conclusions of the survey were that people preferred warmer climates over cold by a two to one margin. The most desirable locations were in the South and West. Opinions of the type of place people wanted to live in were fairly evenly distributed among, city, suburbs, small town and rural communities. I think one of the factors that makes Orlando attractive to so many people is its appeal as a both a big city and small town.

The downtown area offers an ecclectic mix of old and new, traditional and new age, high rises and bungalows. If you move out just a little you have very urban and suburban neighborhoods within close proximity. A little further out there are vast areas of open land. The largest prairie east of the Mississippi is just south of Orlando. Of course there are lots of great options for entertainment that appeal to young and the young at heart. And don't forget 4 out of 5 dentists recommend Orlando.

(I'm just kidding about the dentist thing.)
