I will be pulling numbers for January a little later this morning. I will go ahead and tell you that sales are going to be off from December. I think it is because people pushed to close, so they could file for the first time home buyer tax credit. The bigger surprise will be where prices came in last month. It looks like a lot of foreclosures got closed, but I'll check that out.
