Look for the median price to drop another 2% to about $240,000. We are a few days away from the end of the month, but the closed sales right now are at $240,000 with pendings also hovering around $240,000. Also, I am expecting sales to be down again from last month to somewhere in the 1,000 range. September is usually a slow month, but we usually see a surge in October.
