Check out the Orlando Sentinel article today. You can see it at www.orlandosentinel.com. The title has absolutely nothing to do with the article. The title is Housing Costs Put Squeeze on Workers, but the article is about condo conversions and the shadow rental market. Basically, all those condos that were converted over the last two years are becoming rentals again. Many are rented out by the owners that bought them trying to cash in on our red hot market that we had going on.
