I had the pleasure of showing several homes in the Waterford Lakes area including: Bridgewater, Eastwood, Avalon Park and Waterford Chase. Most of the homes were in excellent condition, showed well and were priced pretty well. I know that has not been the case in the last several months. I know back in January I was showing homes to someone in the same price range $250-$300K, and most of the homes were priced high, and many of them did not show well at all. I believe that people are starting to understand how competitive it is out there, and are making the appropriate changes. This is making it even better for buyers that are in the market.
