In the last couple of days I told you that the median sales price took a hit last month, and the number of sales was way off. Well today it made the front page of the Orlando Sentinel you can read it at www.orlandosentinel.com or just go back and read what I wrote earlier this week. September is historically not such a hot month. Add to that the mortgage problems and all the negative press, and it is a wonder that anyone buys a home. There was a good article on www.yahoo.com yesterday about the best places to buy real estate. Orlando was one of the top picks. The economist quoted in the article still calls for Orlando to lead the nation in per capita job creation.
